Sierra Latham is the director of the Moving Forward program with Energy Systems Network in Indianapolis. Moving Forward challenges participating affordable housing developers throughout Indiana to incorporate energy efficient design and transportation solutions into their properties, simultaneously reducing housing, utility, and transportation expenses for residents. Sierra’s 10 years of professional experience have focused primarily on housing, community development, and energy efficiency policy research. She has also worked as a researcher for the Urban Institute in the Metropolitan Housing and Community Development policy center. She holds an MPP from the University of Chicago, an MA in applied economics from Georgetown University, and a BS in economics from the University of Mary Washington.
