Capital Investments Manager
Laurie is the Capital Investment Manager at the City of Seattle's Office of Housing, where she leads investment of an average annual budget of $60 million for affordable rental and ownership housing. Laurie leads the department's financing and development innovations and partnership with planning, permitting and utility departments to ensure timely and cost effective development. She supports a team of seven underwriters responsible for closing loans, with combined fund sources in excess of a billion dollars. Previously Laurie was the Grants Analyst at Snohomish County, a Program Officer at Impact Capital, and Membership Coordinator at Philanthropy Northwest. She currently lives in Shoreline with her two daughters and three chickens.
