Alison Toffic is a project coordinator for UPholdings, a comprehensive real
estate firm that is dedicated to creating, operating, and sustaining quality affordable
housing in communities throughout the United States.
Alison oversees the property design and construction phases that bring critical
housing projects to fruition and to ensure that healthy, sustainable, and attractive
elements are integrated into each project for an enhanced quality of life.
Prior to joining UPholdings. Alison worked for ten years in affordable property
management and earned her master’s degree in urban planning and policy from the
University of Illinois at Chicago.
From western Washington state originally, Alison now lives in her hometown of 15
years, Chicago, Illinois.
